Intensive Retreats with Fourth Dimension Counseling

This intensive retreat will feature Carol Juergensen Sheets’ book, Unleashing Your Power: Moving Through the Trauma of Partner Betrayal, to life. This intensive will take you through the three phases of betrayal trauma treatment: Safety and stabilization, working through anger, grief and mourning and restoration of self with posttraumatic growth.
Some highlights of the weekend will include:
Developing your personal identity beyond partner betrayal.
Psychoeducation on addiction, boundaries, creating safety, self-esteem, managing triggers, anger & grief, check ins, feelings, meditation, conflict, assertive communication, accountability, self-care, changing your internal dialog, listening to your gut, trust, and personal strengths.
Experiential activities include:  group work expressing grief and anger; vision board and trauma egg creation; sharing your story at the firepit while eating smores; sound bath; prayer and meditation workshop; mindfulness walks to see the goats, sit and watch the Koi fish or just walking on country roads and trails.
