She believes the path of wellness involves addressing all of the issues that get in the way of a wholly lived life with quality sobriety. Sometimes there is past trauma that has not been dealt with, and becomes a trigger for use of substances or sexually compulsive behaviors. Other times, individuals have undertreated mood and anxiety disorders that can also trigger these destructive behaviors. Whether you are new to recovery, or you have been sober for awhile and need some help with sexual compulsivity, that is causing damage to you, your mental and emotional health, and your relationships, Karen is here to walk along side of you on your road of recovery.
