Evonna has been with Fourth Dimension Counseling for three years, managing daily operations. She began her journey as the office manager and recently transitioned into the administrative director role to help oversee the company’s successful growth. She first connected with our Director, Heidi Kinsella, through their shared passion for horses and equine therapy.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Evonna also runs her family farm, which includes horses, chickens, and seasonal livestock. She has a background in helping individuals of all ages and disabilities to ride and work with horses on a therapeutic level via her farm and other riding centers. She is passionate about helping people be the best versions of themselves and is energized by the experiences she has had with the clients and staff at Fourth Dimension Counseling.

One of Cody’s favorite quotes comes in part from an aboriginal activist and scholar by the name of Lilla Watson which reads, “If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.” This philosophy of shared purpose and collaboration guides Cody in his role as the Office Manager for Fourth Dimension Counseling and Coaching.
In this position, Cody is dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive space for both clients and staff. Drawing on his experience as a biracial (African American/Caucasian) man, he is committed to ensuring that all individuals have access to a welcoming and culturally sensitive environment from the moment they first connect with the practice. Additionally, his background as a certified professional life coach, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist-Candidate, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology candidate, Cody brings a unique and empathetic understanding of the client’s journey to his role.
Originally from Whidbey Island, Washington, Cody grew up raising livestock, riding horses, bucking hay and playing sports. He has been married for eleven years to his wife, Emily, a fellow licensed therapist, and together, they have a ten-year-old daughter named Eden. In his free time, he finds life-giving purpose in recreation, physical activity, somatic meditation, and deep fellowship. He enjoys reading, and his current favorite book is Daniell Siegel’s “The Developing Mind.” Cody’s favorite way to meet someone new is with curiosity and unique, engaging questions.

Audrey is an outgoing and determined individual who has been a valued part of our office for over two years as our Office Assistant. She serves as the main point of contact for most clients and therapists. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys a full life with her children and family. Audrey loves to line dance and is a huge country music fan. She also enjoys waving at cows during car rides and trying different types of pickles and coffees from new places. As an equestrian herself, she shows a special interest in our equine therapy services.
Audrey came to Fourth Dimension Counseling with a passion to succeed and serve our population, reentering the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom. We are consistently impressed with her drive and dedication.
If you’ve emailed or called the office, chances are you’ve already “met” Kristina. Her role covers everything from addressing billing questions to scheduling appointments, and she works closely with the office assistant to ensure emails are answered, clients are matched with providers, and intake paperwork is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Kristina understands that reaching out for help can feel intimidating, so she strives to make every first contact welcoming and judgment-free. Behind the scenes, she collaborates with the front office team and providers to keep schedules and communication running smoothly, helping clients feel supported from the very first step.
Outside of work, Kristina can usually be found reading, knitting, sewing, or tending to her garden. She loves creating and learning new things, not for perfection’s sake, but simply for the joy of discovery and possibility. One of her favorite mottos comes from Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland: “Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” This reminds her to keep an open heart, a curious mind, and a touch of whimsy every day.
Kristina brings adaptability and a people-first mindset to the team. Customer service is at the heart of what she does, whether it’s untangling a billing question or ensuring no email gets lost in the shuffle. She’s also known for setting up a great snack bar or baking a mean cookie or two for events, because sometimes the smallest comforts can make the biggest difference.
